By which the Nation is associated with the commemoration of the 130th anniversary of Township Pennsylvania and directed co-finance some works
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the commemoration of the 130th anniversary of the founding of the Municipality of Pennsylvania, pays tribute to its founders, their community and all those who throughout history have contributed to its development.
Article 2.
. As an inducement to good use that the decentralization process has made Pennsylvania, the nation will co-finance the following works and development programs with a contribution of 70%:
a) Provision of potable water for the municipal and the corregimentales headers;
B) Construction of the Upper East Regional Airport Caldas in Pennsylvania;
C) Projects and programs resulting from the "Pennsylvania Educational Mission 2010".
The above projects should be included in the Project Bank, within the guidelines of the National Development Plan.

ARTICLE 3. Authorize the national government to make budget appropriations and other operations required for the implementation of this law.

ARTICLE 4. This Act governs from the date of its enactment.
