For which the Nation is associated with the commemoration of the 130 years of the Municipality of Pennsylvania and it is ordered to co-finance some works

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the commemoration of the 130 years of foundation of the Municipality of Pennsylvania, pays tribute to its founders, its community and all those people who throughout history have contributed to their development.

ARTICLE 2o. As a stimulus to the good use of the decentralization process by Pennsylvania, the Nation will co-finance the following development projects and programs with a 70% contribution:

a) Drinking water for the municipal header and the correct headers;

b) Construction of the Caldas High East Regional Airport in Pennsylvania;

c) Projects and programs resulting from the "Pennsylvania Education Mission 2010".

The previous projects should be included in the Project Bank, within the guidelines of the National Development Plan.

ARTICLE 3o. Authorize the National Government to make the appropriations and other budgetary operations required for compliance with this law.

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from the date of its enactment.
