By which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the University of Tolima, expenditures for infrastructure and staffing are sorted and other provisions related to this anniversary are held.
CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of fifty years of the founding of the University of Tolima, created by Ordinance No. 5 of 21 May 1945 and entered into operation by Legislative Decree No. 1916 of October 25, 1954. || | Article 2.
. To this date does not go unnoticed and in compliance with Articles 334, 341 final paragraph, 345 and 346 of the Constitution, Lay hold within the budget the sum of five billion pesos ($ 5.000.000.000.00) to execute the works which are detailed below:
classroom block construction, the sum of one billion pesos ($ 1.000.000.000.00).
Building block for educational resources and audiovisual aids the sum of six hundred eighty million pesos ($ 680.000.000.00). Construction
block the sum of laboratories billion pesos ($ 1.000.000.000.00).
Adjustment and maintenance of existing physical plant the sum of One hundred and twenty million pesos ($ 120.000.000.00).
Acquisition transport vehicles for field practice of students, the sum of Two hundred million pesos ($ 200.000.000.00).
Endowment laboratories, audiovisual aids, library, computers and surveying equipment, the sum of Four hundred million pesos ($ 400.000.000.00).
Land acquisition and adaptation lot Granja San Jorge currently owned by the Salesian community the sum of six hundred thousand million pesos ($ 1.600.000.000.00).
ARTICLE 3. Appropriate under this Act and implemented resources will be channeled through the University of Tolima.
ARTICLE 4. The national government. It is authorized to perform the corresponding operations budget.
The 5th ITEM. This Law governs from the date of its enactment.
