For which honors the memory of Dr. Carlos Arango Velez is honored.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. On the occasion of the death of Colombian egregy, Dr. Carlos Arango Vélez, as a recognition of what he has done in his public life for the good of Colombia, tribute to his testimony grateful to his memory of good patriot and good citizen.

ARTICLE 2o. The writings and speeches of the illustrious compatriot will be collected in the works that the Board of Directors of this Corporation will order.

ARTICLE 3o. This Law governs from your sanction.
