COLOMBIA CONGRESS, DECREES
ARTICLE 1o. Property owned by the defunct National Railways of Colombia in liquidation, may be transferred to the Empresa Colombiana de Railways, railways, if they were destined for the iron exploitation, others, the Fund for Social Passive Ferrocarriles Nacionales de Colombia so that the market in order to meet the functions provided for in the legal standard of its creation.
PARÁGRAFO. Within these properties it is meant including those that belonged to the Administrative Council of the National Railways and sectionals Railways or the Departmental which were not transferred to the National Railways of Colombia by public deed for its existence, as it ordered the Decree 2378 the first of September 1955.

Authorize the National Government to through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport and the Ministry of Transport determines which of the two entities listed should be transferred gratuitously properties and to subscribe the respective deeds of transfer in order to comply with the provisions of this Act.
PARÁGRAFO. The above authorization is also understood to subscribe clarifying and / or amendments that may be required and were signed by General Manager Liquidator of the National Railways of Colombia in Liquidation deeds.
ARTICLE 3. Property owned by the Ports Company Terminal Colombia Maritime Buenaventura unnecessary Settlement for port activity located in the central area of the city of Buenaventura, may be transferred to the Municipality of Buenaventura to the development of the Project "Urban Renewal Historical center of the Municipality of Buenaventura "and" Convention center Information and Documentation Pacific "and the University of the Pacific created by Law 65 of 1988, for the fit and build. Assets leased are unmarketable.

The land or space occupied by the Old Station of FF. . NN, the Old Cartel Customs and Port Police currently have the following boundaries:
East: Adjacent to the Ports of Colombia Company.
North: Bordered by the Pacific ocean.
West: Adjacent to the Pagoda Hotel and Resort.
South: Colinda with the Cisneros Park.
The above property is part of a larger property, which is registered under number 01-01-0002-0001-000 Cadastral Certificate on behalf of the Company Ports of Colombia.

The 5th ITEM. Unneeded goods for rail and port operations will be preferentially sold for the proper performance of its functions to local authorities and public bodies where these assets are located.
ARTICLE 6o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment and repeal all provisions that are contrary.
