for which the Ministry of Public Works and Transport or the Ministry of Transport is empowered to carry out the transfer of real estate owned by the liquidated company in the name and representation of the Nation. National Railways of Colombia in Liquidation, which to date appear in its name or the extinct Administrative Council of the National Railways and the transfer of real estate owned by the company Ports of Colombia.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The real estate owned by the extinct Colombian National Railways in Liquidation, may be transferred to the Colombian Railway Company, Ferrovias, if they were destined for the railway operation, the others, to the Social Fund of the National Railways of Colombia to commercialize them in order to attend to the functions foreseen in the legal norm of its creation.

PARAGRAFO. Inside these buildings are understood to include those who belonged to the Administrative Council of the National Railways and to the Sectional Railways or to the Departmental that were not transferred to the National Railways of Colombia through public deed during the existence of the same, as provided for in Decree 2378 of the first of September 1955.

ARTICLE 2o. Authorize the National Government so that through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport or the Ministry of Transportation, it determines which of the two entities mentioned must be assigned to the free of charge the real estate and to subscribe to the respective public transfer scripts in order to comply with the provisions of this Law.

PARAGRAFO. The previous authorization is also meant to subscribe to the public and/or amending public writings to be taken by the General Manager of the National Railways of Colombia in Liquidation.

ARTICLE 3o. The real estate owned by the Company Ports of Colombia Maritime Terminal of Buenaventura in Liquidation not necessary for the port activity located in the central zone of the city Buenaventura, can be transferred to the Municipality of Buenaventura for the development of the Projects "Urban Renewal of the Historic Center of the Municipality of Buenaventura" and "Center of Convention Information and Documentation of the Pacific" and to the The University of the Pacific created by Law 65 of 1988, to adapt and build them. The assets transferred are not marketable.

The goods are as follows:

The predium or space occupied by the former FF Station. NN., the Old Customs Cartel and the Port Police currently have the following lines:

Oriente: Colinda con la Empresa Puertos de Colombia.

North: Colinda with the Pacific Sea.

West: Colinda with the Pagoda and the EstaciĆ³n Hotel.

South: Colinda with the Cisneros Park.

The previous one is part of a larger one, which is inscribed according to Cedula Catastral number 01-01-0002-0001-000 in the name of the Company Ports of Colombia.

ARTICLE 4. Authorize the National Government so that through the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation or the Ministry of Transportation it determines which of the two entities mentioned in the previous article the real estate must be freely transferred to the public and to subscribe to the respective public transfer documents in order to comply with the provisions of this Law.

PARAGRAFO. The previous authorization is also understood to subscribe to the public writings clarifying and/or modifying to that there is place and that they have been subscribed by the General Manager Liquidator of the Company Ports of Colombia Buenaventura en Liquidation.

ARTICLE 5o. The goods not necessary for the railway and port operations will be preferred to be sold for the proper performance of their functions to the territorial entities and public entities where These assets are located.

ARTICLE 6o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment and repeals all provisions that are contrary to it.
