THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. The bridge that crosses the Cesar River and joins the Department of this name with that of the Magdalena, on the National Highway Tamalameque-El Banco, will be called "Carmelo Torres Tovar".
ARTICLE 2o. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
