which is authorized by the national government to declare National Monument Church Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary del Palmar city of Palmira, Department of Valle del Cauca, repair, restoration and conservation orders and other provisions.
ARTICLE 1o. Authorize the National Government, through the Ministry of Education to declare National Monument, the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary del Palmar Church, City of Palmira, Department of Valle del Cauca, whose foundation dates back to 1852, but its construction only began in 1914 with a clear style eclectic-romantic line of the first half of the twentieth century and whose grandeur and beauty make it the symbol of the greatness and fellowship.
Article 2.
. The repair, restoration and conservation of the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary del Palmar Church, the city of Palmira, Department of Valle del Cauca, be advanced by the Ministry of Public Works or the National Bank to make its sometimes, based on studies, plans and recommendations of the Universidad del Valle, Department of Solids and Materials, Faculty of Engineering Section Structures, under the permanent supervision of the ecclesiastical authorities, in strict compliance with the provisions of Article 22 Law 163 of 1959 and the provisions that regulate it.

ARTICLE 3. The National Government, based on the orders of the 3rd paragraphs. and 9th. Article 150 and Article 355 second paragraph of the Constitution, shall be included in the National Development Plan and Public Investment 1994 and 1995, the execution of works contemplated in this Act.

ARTICLE 4. Authorize the National Government to conclude contracts necessary to comply with the orders of this Act and to include in the national budget for the next two years from the effective date, required for compliance and to make items budgetary transfers that are necessary to ensure the financing of the provisions in this Act.
