CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES
ARTICLE 1o. Prohibits the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors.
Most person who facilitates or purchase alcoholic beverages shall be punished in accordance with established standards for vending machines or in the National Police Department Codes.
. The minor who is found consuming intoxicants or drinks beodez state must attend with their parents or guardians a course on alcoholism prevention of the Colombian Family Welfare Institute or the entity that replaces it.
ARTICLE 3. Any advertising, identification or promotion of alcoholic beverages should make explicit reference to the prohibition in this law.
PARAGRAFO. Establishments that sell alcoholic beverages should be placed in a visible place the text of this law.
ARTICLE 4. For the application of this law, in no event shall the juvenile offender will be arrested but cited by ballot so that within forty-eight (48) hours, appear before the Family Advocate or his substitute, in the company of their parents or guardians, and the municipal representative or his delegate.
PARAGRAFO. Without prejudice to the corresponding criminal sanctions, any abuse of police authority committed against the minor shall be punished by the National Police Commissioner or his delegate, with the immediate removal of the person or persons responsible. Effective Jurisprudence
The 5th ITEM. This Act governs from the date of its enactment and repeal rules that are contrary, in particular Article 14 of Law 30 of 1986.
