THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Prohibit the expendium of intoxicating beverages to minors.

The older person who provides the intoxicating drinks or their acquisition will be sanctioned in accordance with the rules established for the vending machines in the National Codes or Police Departmental.

ARTICLE 2o. The child who is found consuming intoxicating drinks or in a state of beodez, must attend with his parents or attend a course on the prevention of alcoholism to the Colombian Institute of Family welfare or the entity that does its times.

ARTICLE 3o. All advertising, identification or promotion on intoxicating beverages must make express reference to the prohibition set forth in this law.

PARAGRAFO. Establishments that expend intoxicating beverages must place the text of this law in a visible place.

ARTICLE 4. For the application of this Law, in no case shall the minor infringer be detained but quoted by ballot so that within forty-eight (48) hours, he may appear before the Family defender or who does his or her parents 'or his or her parents' company, and the Municipal Person or his delegate.

ARTICLE 5o. This Law governs from the date of its promulgation and repeals the rules that are contrary to it, in particular Article 14 of Law 30 of 1986.
