By which is partially added the Penal Code Summary
THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. Hereby added the second book, Title VII, Chapter One of the Penal Code with the following article is inserted after Article 241:
"Article 241 A:. Unlawful exercise monopolistic activity revenue measures Whoever in any manner or Using any means exert established as a monopoly revenue measures without being subject to the rules that regulate activity punishable with imprisonment of three (3) to five (5) years and a fine of ten (10) one hundred (100) minimum wages.
"the penalty shall be increased by one third if the offense is committed by the individual who is a dealer, legal representative or employer legally authorized to operate a financial monopoly, and halfway if who commits the punishable act is a public servant of any entity holding a monopoly or revenue measures whose purpose is the operation or administration of this. "
ARTICLE 2o. this Law governs from its promulgation.
