By which the nation honors the memory of Dr. Enrique Low Murtra
THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. The Republic of Colombia honors and exalts the memory of Dr. Enrique Low Murtra, an eminent citizen who devoted his life to the service of the state, justice and the common good through the Judiciary, the Ministry of Justice Ambassador our country and the exercise of University Chair.
. The National Government decrees honors to the memory of the illustrious countryman Dr. Enrique Low Murtra.
ARTICLE 3. Creating Scholarship-Graduate for specialization abroad, with the name of the illustrious Dr. Enrique Low Murtra immolated, which will be awarded by the Icetex, according to budget plans and programs of the Institute.
ARTICLE 4. The Justice Palace Library Library will be named Enrique Low Murtra, in honor of the illustrious compatriot Enrique Low Murtra.
The 5th ITEM. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
