For which the Nation pays Honours to the Memory of Doctor ENRIQUE LOW MURTRA

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Republic of Colombia honors and exalts the memory of Dr. Enrique Low Murtra, an eminent citizen who consecrated his life at the service of the State, of justice and of the realization of the common good to through the Magistrature, the Ministry of Justice, the Ambassador of our Homeland and the exercise of the University Chair.

ARTICLE 2o. The National Government Decrees Honours to the memory of illustrious compatriot Dr. Enrique Low Murtra.

ARTICLE 3o. Creation of the Scholarship-Post-Degree for specialization abroad, with the name of the illustrious immolate Dr. Enrique Low Murtra, which will be awarded by the Icetex, according to the budget of the Institute plans and programs.

ARTICLE 4. The Library of the Palace of Justice will be called the Enrique Low Murtra Library, in tribute to the Illustrious Compatriot Enrique Low Murtra.

ARTICLE 5o. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
