Ministry of agriculture and food industry immediately rectify the work quarantine, slaughter control animals and veterinary hygiene inspection of food of animal origin; strengthen the direction and regularly inspect the observance of the legislation on animal health in the industry, the local; in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce issued regulations of practice and licensing of practice conditional business under the provisions of Decree No. 2-5-1-1995 by Government.
2. the people's committees of provinces and cities under central under the guidance of the Ministry of agriculture and food industry to steer the implementation of the provisions of the State on veterinary work., directing the veterinary authority in the revise and the slaughter of animals; only for the basis of eligible veterinary sanitation; resolute handling of the breach of the law or not enough veterinary hygiene standards in slaughterhouses, slaughtering, all animal food circulation on the market right through veterinary hygiene inspection, have the seal slaughter control of veterinary authority. 3.
