CIRCULAR guide criteria to determine the farm economy _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ In recent years, the thriving farm economy in most of the local in the country, forming the new production model in agriculture and rural areas of our country. 3. The said Office, heads of subdivisions of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development, the General Statistics Office, the Director of the Department of agriculture and rural development, the Director of the Statistics Bureau of the province, central cities is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
