II. LEVEL of PAYROLL EMPLOYEES in EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS 1. Elementary school a) staffing managers: each school has a principal and a vice principal numbers are specified as follows: first class Schools have no more than two deputy principals.
The school's class 2, class 3 has 1 Deputy Rector.

III. IMPLEMENTATION 1.
