CIRCULAR On adjusting product catalogue import tariff quota applicable in 2005 (additions, revised circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM on 27/12/2004 of the Ministry of Commerce) pursuant to decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg dated 9 May 2003 of the prime of tariff quotas applicable to imports in Vietnam;
 
Pursuant to decision No. 46/2005/QD-TTg dated March 3, 2005 by the Prime Minister on the tuning list imports tariff quota applied;
The additional commercial, modify circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM on 27/12/2004 of the Ministry of Commerce on adjusting product catalogue import tariff quota applicable in 2005 as follows: 1. Revise section I "General provisions" of the circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM on December 27, 2004 by the Ministry of trade as follows : apply tariff quotas for 2005 for 3 items: eggs, raw tobacco and salt as per the following details: order the HS code description of goods quantity for the year 2005 1 0407 egg Level 2 2401 tobacco needs 29,774 tons of raw Salt 3 2501 200,000 tons 2. Repeal the provisions in section 3, section 4, part II "the object was assigned to tariff quota allocation" in circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM on December 27, 2004 of the Ministry of commerce related to the allocation of tariff quota raw milk products (code 0401), raw milk (code 0402) corn, beans (code 1005) and cotton (5201, 5202 and 5203 codes).
3. The content of circular No. 10/2004/TT-BTM on December 27, 2004 of the Ministry of Commerce remain enforceable.
