INFORMATION you issued the national technical regulation on building works to ensure disabled people access to use the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/ND-CP on 25/06/2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated 3/8/2007 detailing the Government's implementation of some articles of the law on technical regulation and standards;
Proposal of the Director of the science, technology and environment, construction Minister issued circular issued national technical regulation on "construction guarantees the disabled access", code QCVN 10:2014/BXD.
 
         Article 1. Attached to this circular to the national technical regulation on "construction guarantees the disabled access", code QCVN 10:2014/BXD.
         Article 2. This circular effect since July 1, 2015.
         Article 3. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, government agencies, the Chairman of the people's committees of provinces and cities under central and individual organizations concerned is responsible for the implementation of this circular.
