Circulars to determine and manage the cost of construction _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to the law No. 50/2014/QH13 on 18/6/2014;

Pursuant to Decree No. 62/2013/ND-CP dated 25/6/2013 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2015/ND-CP on 25/3/2015 of the Government on the management of construction cost;                                                                                                                    

According to the recommendation of the Minister of economy of construction, economic Director of the building;

Minister of Ministry of construction issued circulars to determine and manage the cost of construction.

Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. Scope this circular detailed guidance on the content and methods of identifying and managing the cost of construction including the total investment in construction, total investment in construction, construction estimating, estimation of package building, construction norms, price construction , construction price index, price ca machines and construction equipment.

Article 2. -labour safety and sanitation of buildings;

-quality control of parts of works, projects, the whole works and construction methods as required;
