The DECISION of the MINISTRY of education on issuing the provisions on objectives and training plans of secondary school EDUCATION MINISTER pursuant to Decree No. 87/HĐBT, on 9/6/1987 of the Council of Ministers Regulation functions, tasks, powers and organization of education;
Pursuant to decision No. 440/QD, on 2/4/1979 of the Ministry of Education issued the Charter schools.
According to the recommendation of the Minister of education science Vietnam, Director of the organizations and staff, the Director of planning and finance, Director of general education.
 
Decision: article 1: Date issued "regulations on the training plan and objectives of secondary school" attached to this decision.
Article 2: the regulation applies to all secondary schools in the country since the 1990-1991 school year.

The PROVISIONS on OBJECTIVES and TRAINING PLANS of SECONDARY SCHOOL (issued decision No. 331/QD, 31 March 1990 of the Minister of education) To manage secondary school (HIGH SCHOOL) as required to adjust the education reform. The Ministry of Education issued the "regulations on the target plan for the training of secondary school" (training plan).

Training plans are legal documents, to be used as a basis to build the text aims to manage the entire unified operation of the types of schools in the country.
The principal and staff, HIGH SCHOOL teachers are responsible for the organisation of training plan under the direction of the management of education; First Director of the Department of education (province, city, district).

4.
