The PROVISIONS on OBJECTIVES and TRAINING PLANS of SECONDARY SCHOOL (issued decision No. 331/QD, 31 March 1990 of the Minister of education) To manage secondary school (HIGH SCHOOL) as required to adjust the education reform.
