The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION On the promulgation of the regulation works of the National Committee of the international economic cooperation FROM the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
Pursuant to decision No. 31/1998/QD-TTg dated October 2, 1998 of the Prime Minister established the National Committee for international economic cooperation;
Consider the proposal of the Chairman of the National Committee of the international and economic cooperation Minister, head of the Organization-Government officials, decision: article 1. Attached to this decision the working regulation of the National Committee of international economic cooperation.
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.
Article 3. Chairman of the National Committee on international economic cooperation, the Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
 
WORKING REGULATION of the NATIONAL COMMITTEE on INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC COOPERATION (attached to decision No 118/1998/QD-TTg dated 8 July 1998 of the Prime Minister) chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. National Committee on international economic cooperation (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) performing the duties specified in article 2 of decision No. 31/1998/QD-TTg dated October 2, 1998 of the Prime Minister.
Article 2. National Committee on international economic cooperation was authorized by the Prime Minister made the following work: test, urge the ministries and local implementation of the decisions of the Prime Minister regarding the adjustments, additions, improve the legal system, economic policy-domestic trade in order to adapt the institutions of economic organizations-trade international and area that Vietnam has and will participate.

Coordination, urge the ministries and localities to implement the work in Vietnam's interests, obligations to fulfill, track results of negotiations has been the Prime Minister for approval.
Keep track of the ministries and local implementation of the obligations to which our country has committed. Recommendations to the Prime Minister asked ministries, sectors and localities adjusted, modified or repealed regulations and activities contrary to the obligations to which our country has committed.
Hosted, in cooperation with the relevant authorities to adopt the necessary measures to protect the legitimate interests of the economic organization in Vietnam-international trade and areas where Vietnam joining.
Asked ministries, sectors, localities and organizations provide data, document, report the problems related to the participation and activities of economic organizations in Vietnam-international and regional trade.
 
CHAPTER II article 3 RESPONSIBILITY ASSIGNMENT. Article 4. Deputy Chairman of the Committee responsible to help the Chairman implement the obligations of the Committee, addressed the work of the Chairman of the Committee when the Committee Chairman went away or was authorized.
Article 5. General Secretary of the National Committee of the international economic cooperation to help the President of the Executive Committee and handles the daily work of the Committee; prepare the report of the Committee of the Government and the Prime Minister; convey the opinion of the Chairman of the Committee to the ministries and localities concerned; directly the work of the Office of the National Committee of international economic cooperation.
Article 6. The Member of the National Committee of the international economic cooperation has a mission: on behalf of the ministries themselves responsible to the Committee leadership collective and the Review Committee, decide the issue of trade-economic cooperation in international management functions of the ministries themselves.
Fully reflect the official opinions of the ministries themselves on issues of economic cooperation-international trade Committee leadership collective to discuss and review the decision; convey ideas, results of the session of the Committee to the Agency.
The Committee members work in part-time mode; personal responsibility about the tasks assigned to the Committee by the Chairman, and periodically report the Chairman of the Committee on the results of the work assigned.

Participate fully, regularly the meetings of the Committee and to participate effectively in the work of the general direction of the Committee.

CHAPTER III the WORKING MODE, coordinating the WORK of article 7. Article 8.
