Regulation supplementary graduate middle school and high school supplementary _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (attached to decision No. 12/1999/QD-BGD & TEL on February 26, 1999 of the Minister of education and training) chapter I GENERAL PRINCIPLES article 1: supplementary examinations and additional junior high school is the State's assessment of learning outcomes training of students under training objectives upon completion of a program of study level.

Article 9:1. All students have the right to contest the first exam or exams Monday of each year if the conditions for competition.
