The decision on issuing the list of chemicals, insecticides, preparations sterilizing are allowed to register to use, but registration is allowed limited use, prohibits the use in household and medical field in Vietnam in 2001 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ pursuant to Decree No. 68/CP dated 11/10/1993 of the Government functions duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of health;
Pursuant to decision No. 195/1998/QD-TTg dated 10/10/1998 of the Prime Minister about the delivery for the Department of health is responsible for the management of chemicals, insecticides, preparations used in sterilizing medical and household sectors;
Pursuant to decision No. 1654/1999/QD-BYT on 29/5/1999 of the Minister of Health issued a regulation on the management of chemicals, insecticides, preparations used in sterilizing medical and household sectors;
At the suggestion of Mr. Director General of preventive medicine-Ministry of health;
Decision: article 1: attached to this decision listing of chemicals, insecticides, preparations sterilizing are allowed to register to use, but registration is allowed limited use, prohibits the use in household and medical areas in 2001, including: listing chemicals, preparations for destroying insects are allowed to register for use in household and medical sector (table 1), including : 29 chemicals with 155 trade name.
The list of chemicals, preparations for destroying insects are allowed to register but limited use in the field of home appliances and health (table 2) of nine chemicals.
The list of chemicals, preparations for destroying insects use in household and medical sector (table 3) includes 17 chemicals with trade name 87.
The list of chemicals, bactericidal products are allowed to register to use in the field of home appliances and health (table 4) including 69 chemicals with 63 commercial name.
Article 2: These chemicals, products not subject to the provisions of article 1 of this decision, the Department of health will consider each specific case to allow registered users.
Article 3: the decision to this effect since the date of signing, promulgation and replaces decision No 65/2000/QD-BYT on 13/01/2000 of the Minister of health on issuing list of chemicals, insecticides, preparations sterilizing are allowed to register to use, but registration is allowed limited use , prohibits the use in household and medical field in Vietnam in 2000.
Article 4: He, she: Chief, Chief Inspector, head of preventive medicine-Ministry of health, Director of the provincial health department, central cities, the heads of the relevant units, organizations, individuals in local and foreign production, trade and use of chemicals, insect products bactericidal, used in household sector and of health is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
