The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION on the establishment of the Economic Zone Management special commercial-Lao Bao, Quang Tri province, the PRIME Government Organization Law base on December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to decision No. 12/2005/QD-TTg dated April 12, 2005 by the Prime Minister issued the regulation of commercial-Economic Area in particular Lao Bao, Quang Tri province;
According to the proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Quang Tri province and the Minister of the Interior, the decision: article 1.
1. The establishment of the Economic Zone Management special Lao Bao trade directly under the people's Committee of Quang Tri province on the basis of the management of Lao Bao Trade Zone.
2. Management of commercial-Economic Area in particular Lao Bao is the State agency directly for Economic Zone-Lao Bao trade, has legal personality, whose accounts bearing and seal coat, based, payroll and operating expenses in the State budget and staffing level for the province and is the focal point of the plan was weight for private construction capital from State budget sources.
Article 2.
