The DECISION of the MINISTER of TRANSPORT regarding the application of international rules to prevent train collisions boat on the sea of the MINISTER of TRANSPORT of Vietnam maritime law base on June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2003/ND-CP dated 4 April 2003 of the Government regulations on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of transportation;
At the suggestion of the Director of the transport and maritime Vietnam Bureau Chief, DECIDES: 1. Applying international rules to prevent train collisions boat on the sea in 1972 (Internatinonal Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972-72 Colregs), amended and added to the 1981, 1987, 1989, 1993 and 2001 (referred to as collision prevention rules the train or boat), attached to this decision.
