The Institute of policy and strategy to develop rural agriculture was established on the basis of the agricultural economics Institute pursuant to paragraph a of section 4 Article 1 decision No 930/QĐ-TTg dated 9/9/2005 Prime Minister's approval of the project sort of scientific institutions in the system of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development.
2. The Institute of policy and strategy to develop rural agriculture is the science of Ministry of agriculture and rural development, has the function of scientific research, information, training advice, technology transfer and perform other activities as required by the law to serve policy formulation and strategy development of rural agriculture.
3. The Institute is funding the operation, used to seal and open a separate account in the State Treasury pursuant to the provisions of the law.
The headquarters of the Institute in Hanoi, the southern base in Ho Chi Minh City.
Article 2.
