Pursuant to decision 85/1998/QD-TTg on 16 April 1998 of the Prime Minister approving "the planning of radio frequency spectrum Vietnam profession";
Proposal of the Director General of radio frequency power, DECIDES: 1. Attached to this decision, "planning the allocation of frequency channels for FM broadcast band (87-108) MHz until 2010" with the following principal contents: i. the TARGET frequency channel allocation planning for the FM radio frequency band (87-108) MHz until 2010 in order to: 1. Prescribed frequency band , frequency channel used for FM radio stations. 2. Frequency channel allocation for FM radio, meet the needs of a reasonable use of the frequencies to broadcast the programs of national and local radio until 2010.
II. The PRINCIPLES Of BUILDING PLANNING 1. Enhance the effective use of radio frequency spectrum, can limit interference.

3. The planning adjustment (if any) in accordance with the international treaties to which Vietnam is a member, policies and plans of Vietnam after being approved, is part of a planned and applied according to the provisions of points 1 and 2 of this section.
