A decision on the amendments and supplements to some articles of the Statute of University enrollment, colleges in the main system attached to decision No 7/2005/QĐ-BGD & TEL on 04/3/2005 of the Minister of education and training _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the MINISTER of EDUCATION and TRAINING pursuant to the law on education, June 14, 2005;
Basing the Ordinance having incentives to the revolution on June 29, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated 5 November 2002 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of ministries, ministerial agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated 18 July 2003 of the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of education and training;
At the suggestion of the Director of the undergraduate and postgraduate level, Decisions 1. Amendments and supplements to some articles of the Statute of University enrollment, colleges in the main system attached to decision No 7/2005/QĐ-BGD & TEL March 2005 by the Minister of education and training, as follows: 1. Point b paragraph 1 article 5 be amended and supplemented as follows : "b) are healthy enough to study under current rules of the Ministry of health-education and training. Disabled people; offspring of active resistance people infected with chemical toxins is the provincial people's Committee recognized, malformations, reduced self-reliance in living, learning as a result of chemical toxins, health status and requirement of the study, the principal consideration , decided to attend the examination ".
2. Subject to the provisions in point a 4 paragraph 1 article 7 be amended and supplemented as follows: "-the object 4: + The martyr;

3. 4. A d clause 1 Article 38 be amended and supplemented as follows: "d) dismissal or dealt with according to the law against people who have one of the following violation:-Take the examinations outside the area of competition or take items from outside the examination room during the examination.
-Expose the examinations, buying, selling the examinations.
-Disclosure of sawn timber.
-Fix, more, less on assignments of participants.

-Cheating in examination and the convening of the successful candidates (including the repair of school transcripts, test scores and HIGH SCHOOL graduation to take students on an entrance straight or an acceptance).

5. Article 39, paragraph 3 b is modified and supplemented as follows: "b) When on the examination room to carry your documents; technical means of collecting, transmitting, recording, playback, recording, the device contains information that can be use to test; weapons, explosive substances, incendiary, other harmful items ".
Article 2. Repeal of some provisions of the regulations of the University and colleges admissions system attached to decision No 7/2005/QĐ-BGD & TEL March 2005 by the Minister of education and training, as follows: 1. Point h and g of paragraph 2 article 7: remove the bonus mode on the results of examination for HIGH SCHOOL graduates categories.
2. paragraph 1 point b Article 38: remove the paragraph: "do take exams while collecting items, shipping or examination".
3. Point c paragraph 1 Article 38: remove the paragraph: "participate in negative actions such as giving out exam or take items from outside the examination room during the examination".
4. Remove the point b Article 2, paragraph 39.
Article 3. This decision has an effect on 25 March 2006. The previous provisions contrary to this decision are hereby repealed.
Article 4. He (she) Chief, Chief Inspector, the Director of the undergraduate and graduate, Director of Department of quality control testing and education, the heads of the relevant units of the Ministry of education and training, Minister of the Ministry, heads of ministerial-level agencies have field, President of the people's Committee of the province cities in Central, the Director of the Department of education and training, the Director of the University, the Academy, Rector of the University, the College is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
