The decision on issuing the list of vaccines, medical products manufactured abroad are Ministry of health consider to give the registration number in circulation in Vietnam in 2006 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ MINISTER of health pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/ND-CP on 15/5/2003 by government regulation function duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of health;
Pursuant to decision No. 4012/2003/QD-BYT of Ministry of health on 30/7/2003 enacted regulations registration of vaccines, medical products;
At the suggestion of Mr. Director General of preventive medicine-Ministry of health, Vietnam decision: article 1. Attached to this decision a portfolio of vaccines, medical products manufactured abroad are Ministry of health consider to give the registration number in circulation in Vietnam in 2006.
Article 2. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date the quote and replace decision No 13/2005/QD-BYT dated 11/4/2005 on the promulgation of the list of kinds of vaccines, medical products manufactured abroad are Ministry of health consider to give the registration number in circulation in Vietnam in 2005.
Article 3. The Department of preventive medicine Vietnam is responsible for the notification of this decision to the manufacturing business, the business of vaccine, medical products.
Article 4. The He/she Office, Director of preventive medicine Vietnam, Vietnam Pharmaceutical Management Bureau Chief, Chief Inspector of the Ministry of health, the Director of the service: the science of training, equipment and structures, legislation, Medical Director of the Health Department, central cities is responsible for the implementation of this decision
