QUYẾTĐỊNH On the establishment of the Steering Committee on the development of irrigation and the construction of the rural Mekong Delta _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
Pursuant to decision No. 99/TTg dated September 2, 1992 by the Prime Minister on the development of irrigation and rural construction in the Mekong River Delta region;
According to the recommendation of the Minister of agriculture and rural development, decision: article 1.
a) established the Steering Committee on the development of irrigation and rural construction in the Mekong River Delta region, consisting of the following members: 1-Mr. Nguyen Cong Tạn, Minister of agriculture and rural development-Chief.
2. Mr. Nguyen, Deputy Minister of agriculture and rural development-Deputy ban.
3-Mr. Phan Sy, Vice Minister of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development-Deputy ban.
4-Mr. Nguyen Tan Min, Vice Minister of transportation-fellow.
5-Mr. Nguyen Manh, Deputy Minister of construction Control-fellow.
6-Mr. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Deputy Minister of finance-fellow.
7-comrade Deputy Minister of planning and investment – a fellow.
8-comrade Deputy Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, a fellow.
9-Mr. Nguyen Trung Tin, Chairman of the Board of the South food General company-fellow.
b) established a permanent nest located in the city of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City has the participation of relevant ministries to assist the Steering Committee, led by the head of Department decides.
Article 2.-the Board just stroll with the mission: 1. Hosted, in cooperation with the ministries and people's committees of provinces in the Mekong River Delta in steering decision 99/TTg dated 9 February 1996 by the Prime Minister.
2. test, urge the planning, survey, design and construction of the project feasibility and feasible to implement decision 99/TTg. 3. To sum up, draw experience and timely additional measures for organizing steering the development of irrigation, rural construction in the Mekong River Delta region.
4. Participate in evaluation planning, project feasibility and practicability in the scope of decision 99/TTg of the Prime Minister.
5. Prescribe duties and powers for standing in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
6. The Steering Committee on the regular meeting March 1, when necessary can unexpectedly meeting.
Article 3. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, government agencies, the Chairman of the people's Committee of the Cuu Long River Delta and the comrades named in article 1 is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
