The decision on issuing regulations on the work of emulating rewarded in banking industry STATE BANK GOVERNOR pursuant to State Bank Ordinance on 23/5/1990;
Pursuant to Decree 15/CP dated 2/3/1993 of the Government about the tasks, powers and responsibilities of the State management, ministerial bodies;
The base directive no. 46/TTg dated November 3, 1992 by the Prime Minister on the work rewarded;
At the suggestion of the Director of personnel and training State Bank;
 
Decision: article 1.-Now attached to this decision, "regulation on the work of emulating rewarded in the banking industry".
Article 2.-the decision has effect from the date of signing.
Article 3.-Office of the Governor, the Director of personnel and training, the heads of the relevant units in the central State Bank, Chairman of the Board, General Director (Manager) of the State Bank, gold silver Corporation, gem, the Vietnam Joint stock commercial bank credit institutions, Enterprise, Executive Director of the State Bank branch, the city enforced the decision.
 
PROVISIONS on the WORK of EMULATING REWARDED in the BANKING INDUSTRY (attached to decision 81/QD-NH9 on 8/4/1997) in order to make good the undertakings, the policy of the party, the State and the tasks of the banking industry, motivate staff and industry officials to promote the spirit of industriousness , creation, raise awareness about the role and tasks of the Bank during the renovation of the country; While waiting for the official State enacted the law rewarded, State Bank Governor rules of emulation work rewarded apply throughout the banking industry.

a.
