The PRIME MINISTER'S DECISION about whether to allow the Vietnam Red Cross Society established the Fund-sponsored agent orange victims due to the war in Vietnam PRIME MINISTER based Government Organization Law on September 30, 1992;
According to the proposal of the President of the Vietnam Red Cross Society and the Secretary, head of the Organization-Government officials, decision: article 1. Allow the Vietnam Red Cross Society established the "Fund-sponsored agent orange victims due to the war in Vietnam" (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation-sponsored agent orange victims), aims to mobilize humanitarian aid resources in the country to help people suffering from the harmful effects of Agent Orange in the Vietnam war.
Article 2. Foundation of Agent Orange victims, operated under the direction of the President of the Vietnam Red Cross and was supported in part by State funding activities and a number of staffing needed for the Fund.
Delivered to the Minister of finance the prescribed uniform of this support level in each period.
Article 3. Affairs Minister, head of the Organizing Committee-officer standard government regulation of Health Organization and operation of the Fund after the opinion of the Ministry, ministerial bodies, relevant agencies in the Government.
Article 4. This decision takes effect 15 days from the date of signing.
Article 5. President of Vietnam Red Cross Society, Minister, head of the Organizing Committee – Government officials and Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of people's Committee of the relevant level is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
