Electric Industrial high school is the training facility, fostering middle level engineering-mechanical and electrical industry economic and technical workers in the education system of the Republic of Vietnam Socialist; at the same time as the basis for research, science, technology deployments serve the socio-economic development. The school is subject to the governance of the Ministry of education and training, Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs and the policy, the regime of State applies the system of professional high school and vocational;
