A decision on the amendments and supplements to some articles of decision No. 244/1998/QD-TTg dated 22 December 1998 by the Prime Minister on some of the special regime for military pilots, crew members and the direct object of serving at a military airport in the PRIME Ministry of Defense Base Act of the Government on December 25 in 2001;
Considering the recommendation of the Minister of national defence, Minister of the Interior, DECIDED Things 1. Amendments and supplements to some articles of the decision No. 244/1998/QD-TTg dated 22 December 1998 by the Prime Minister on some of the special regime for military pilots, crew members and the direct flight service object in the military airport, the Ministry of Defense as follows : 1. Modify a paragraph 2 to article 1 as follows: 2-hour flight allowance: a) pilot and flight training: teacher-level allowance from 0.2 compared to minimum wage, per hour to 1.0 level compared to the minimum wage, per hour when flying on land, depending on meteorological conditions , the night, the aircraft.
-Allowance level from 0.5 compared with month/hour minimum wage to a level 1.2 compared to minimum wage, per hour when flying over the sea, depending on meteorological conditions, night, aircraft types.
-0.5 level allowance than the minimum wage, hour flight muscle A.-0.3 level allowance than the minimum wage, hour flight muscle B ".
2. Amend paragraph 3 to article 1 as follows: 3-level test: the level from the minimum wage compared to 1.0,/trips/person to the extent of 1.4 compared to the minimum wage,/trips/person depending on the degree of repair and the aircraft for the pilot and the crew members ' military '.
3. additional amendments to article 4 as follows: article 4.
1. The pilot and the crew members affected military applied make soldiers ill mode as specified in clause 2 Article 42 of Decree No. 28/CP on April 29, 1995 by the Government.

Article 2. This decision is effective as from January 1, 2004.
Article 3. The Minister of national defence after the opinion with the Ministry of Interior, Ministry of labor, invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Finance shall guide the implementation of this decision.
Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies responsible for the implementation of this decision.
