Chief's proposal to Ban the work of implementing socialization sport and Chief of the Sports Committee, DECIDES: 1. Approval of the project "development of social sport by 2010" attached to this decision, with the following principal contents: 1. Goal: 1.1. Mobilizing the resources of the industry, the level, the socio-economic organisations and individuals to develop the sport. Advocacy and organizing to more and more people directly involved in the training and contribute to sports activities, contribute to enhancing the health, human resource development, needs to enjoy the value of sport, made the sport really become active "of the , by the people, for the people ". 1.2. strengthening State investment for sport, focused on the goals and priorities of the national program, the program branches to the sports development in each sector; construction of sports facilities; discovering, fostering the talents the sport; support the development of the sports movement and implement social policies in the area of sport activity.
1.3. Advocacy, campaigning and organizing to more and more people to practice sports, contributes to improve fitness and stature who Vietnam, meeting prospective needs of the populace; discovering, fostering the country's sporting talents.
