The DECISION to enact the processes set up and adjust the planning of land use planning, the MINISTER of NATURAL RESOURCES and the ENVIRONMENT pursuant to the law of the land on November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2004/ND-CP on October 29, 2004 by the Government on the implementation of the law of the land;
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/ND-CP dated 11 November 2002 from the Government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment;
Pursuant to circular No. 30/2004/TT-BTNMT November 2004 of the Ministry of natural resources and the environment of the set up instructions, adjustment and evaluation planning, land-use planning;
Review the Sheet number 65/TTr-ĐTQH on May 10, 2005, of the Center for land and planning on getting planning approval process, the land use plan;
According to the proposal of the Director General, Service registration and land statistics, Director of legislation, decision: article 1: attached to this decision process set up and adjust the planning, land use plans apply uniformly throughout the country, including: 1. The process of establishment and adjustment of land use planning land use plans of the country and of the region;
2. The process of establishment and adjustment of land use planning, land-use planning;

Article 2.

Part I The PROCESS Of PLANNING For Land Use, LAND-USE PLANNING The COUNTRY'S FIRST Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS 1. This procedure regulates the order and content of the investigation, land use planning, land use plan States the beginning of the country.
