The DECISION on the establishment of industrial zones Management Board of Quang Binh province, the PRIME Government Organization Law base on December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 the Government issued regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones;
According to the proposal of the President of the people's Committee of Quang Binh province and the Minister of the Interior, the decision: article 1. Establishment of the Management Board of the Quang Binh province industrial park directly under the people's Committee of Quang Binh province to manage industrial province of Quang Binh.
Management of industrial region of Quang Binh province has legal personality, Member, Office and seal coat shape; is the clue to plan the budget of the people's Committee of Quang Binh province, are private equity balance construction from State budget sources. Staffing and funding of activities in management staffing and budget levels for Quang Binh province.
Article 2. Duties and powers of the Management Board of the Quang Binh province industrial park is responsible for performing the tasks and powers of the management of industrial region as prescribed in article 27 regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 from the Government.
Article 3. Organizational structure and staffing 1. Organization structure: a) the management of the industrial zone, Quang Binh province have prefect appointed by the Prime Minister; a number of Deputy Head of Department, some Board members by the Chairman of the Quang Binh province people's Committee appointed at the suggestion of Secretary of the Management Board.
b) management of industrial region of Quang Binh province have the apparatus according to the provisions of article 28 of the regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 of specific Government include:-Office;
-The inspection;
-Specialized rooms.
Depending on the requirements of the development of the industrial zone in each stage, head of the Management Board of Quang Binh province in the industrial process of organization to the Chairman of the Quang Binh people's Committee decided by the authority.
2. Staffing: staffing of the management of the industrial zone, Quang Binh province, including the head, the Deputy Head of Department who are dedicated and staffing of the Office, the Ombudsman, the departments as payroll administration.
Staffing of the management of the industrial zone, Quang Binh province people's Committee Chairman do Quang Binh province decided under the provisions of Decree No. 71/2003/ND-CP dated 19 June 2003 by the Government on decentralization of administrative payroll management, career and Decree No. 112/2004/ND-CP dated April 8, 2004 of the Government payroll management mechanism for with the business units of the State.
Article 4. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the date The report.
Article 5. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the Quang Binh province people's Committee and Chairman of the Management Board of the industrial zone in Quang Binh province is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
