The DECISION of the MINISTER of trade on the authorisation for the Board of management of Thanh Hoa province in the industrial management of export-import operations and commercial activities of enterprises, foreign-invested industrial zones in Thanh Hoa province MINISTER of TRADE pursuant to Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated 16 January 2004 of the Government function duties, powers and organization of the Ministry of Commerce;

Pursuant to decision No. 39/1999/QD-TTg dated June 9, 1999 by the Prime Minister on the establishment of industrial zones Management Board of Thanh Hoa province;
According to the proposal of the people's Committee of Thanh Hoa province in no. 3182/PPC-KTTC on 19/10/2005 decision: article 1. Authorisation for the Board of management of industrial-Thanh Hoa province (hereinafter referred to as the management) management of export-import operations and commercial activities for enterprises foreign investment and the business side on the basis of business cooperation contract investment in Thanh Hoa province industrial zone (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise with foreign capital).
Article 2. Management of the industrial province of Thanh Hoa and approve a plan to import and manage the commercial activities of enterprises foreign investment according to the following: 1. Review the import plan includes the following: 1.1. Browse the import and validation plan tax free import of machinery, equipment, transport, construction materials, spare parts for fixed assets investments including the import by method of hire-purchase financing.
1.2. interim plan Browser to import machinery, equipment and transport means of foreign rental, not yet in technology to cater for the operation of the business.
1.3. Browser plans to import materials, raw materials for manufacturing, business activity of the business.
2. Browse the liquidation of machinery, equipment, vehicles, supplies, raw materials of enterprises have invested abroad in accordance with circular No. 01/2005/TT-BTM on 06/01/2005 of the Ministry of Commerce.
3. Browse the imported product plans to combine with the export products of the enterprise with foreign investment.
Article 3. Quarterly management submitted to the Ministry of Commerce reported the implementation of export and import of the enterprise with foreign investment under the guidance of Ministry of Commerce circular No. 22/2000/TT-BTM on 15/12/2000 of the Ministry of Commerce.
Article 4. The Trade Ministry periodically inspecting the implementation of the provisions of this authorisation decision under the provisions of the law.
