The DECISION of the MINISTER of AGRICULTURE and RURAL DEVELOPMENT issued the regulation, enacted, popular and check the applicable industry standards the MINISTER of AGRICULTURE and RURAL DEVELOPMENT, pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/ND-CP dated 18 July 2003 of the Government functions , powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of agriculture and rural development;

Article 7. The content and requirements of the construction industry standard step 1. Step 1. Recommended industry standards of all organizations and individuals have the right to suggest building or reviewed industry standards. Proposed construction or reviewed industry standards are presented in the form of project construction industry standards and can be attached to the draft recommended industry standards.

c) If the comments completely agree with the content of the draft technical Committee, the Secretary of the Technical Committee report to the Secretary of the Board about the results of processing and delivery to the Secretary of the Working Group established the Technical Committee draft profile (hereinafter abbreviated profile DT BKT) according to the regulations and drafted the sheet to head through;

Article 8. Review process and issued industry standards 1. 2. Technical Committee and head of the Working Group is responsible for the Technical Committee draft protection before the Board and is responsible for completeness according to the conclusions of the Council (if available);

Chapter V REWARDS and SANCTIONS Article 18. Chapter VI ORGANIZATION of the IMPLEMENTATION of article 20. Implementation science technology, organizations and individuals related to construction activities, issued, common and check the applicable industry standards are responsible for implementation in accordance with the content guidelines in this regulation.
