The DECISION on the establishment of the Economic Zone Management Committee of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the PRIME MINISTER pursuant to the law on organization of the Government of 25 December 2001;
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 the Government issued regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones;
Pursuant to decision No. 72/2006/QD-TTg dated April 2006 by the Prime Minister on the establishment and promulgation of regulations Vung Tau Ang economic zone, Ha Tinh Province;
Proposal of the Chairman of the Ha Tinh Province people's Committee and the Minister of the Interior.
 
Article 1 DECISION. Management Board-flat Basin economic area, on the basis of industrial zones management. Management of Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang is the State agency directly under the Ha Tinh Province people's Committee to implement the management of the construction and development of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang and industrial-Ha Tinh Province according to regulations , planning and progress has been the competent State agencies for approval.
Management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang has a legal personality, a seal bearing the coat of arms; based work, there are payroll, have active funding and career development investment by the State-level budget according to the annual plan; is the clue to the plan and the budget was balanced private capital development from the central budget.
Article 2. Management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province are responsible for performing the tasks, the following rights: 1. The duties and powers are stipulated in article 27 regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 from the Government;
2. The specific powers, duties are prescribed in article 28, article 29 regulations Vung Tau Ang economic zone, Ha Tinh Province attached to decision No 72/2006/QD-TTg dated April 2006 by the Prime Minister;
3. other rights, duties under the provisions of the law.
Article 3. Organizational structure and staffing of the management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province are: 1. Organization structure: a) Economic Zone Management Committee of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province has a head of Government appointed by the Prime Minister; a number of Deputy Head of the Committee, a number of Board members by the Chairman of Ha Tinh Province people's Committee appointed at the suggestion of Secretary of the Management Board.
b) Economic Zone Management Committee of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province has the apparatus according to the provisions of article 28 regulation of industrial zones, export processing zones, high-tech zones attached to Decree No. 36/CP dated 24 April 1997 by Government, include:-Office;
-The inspection;
-Specialized rooms.
c) The unit directly.
Depending on the requirement of economic development zones in Vung Tau in each particular stage, head of the Board of management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province on organization to the Chairman of the Ha Tinh Province people's Committee decided by the authority.
2. Staffing: staffing of the management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province including the head, the Deputy Head of Department who are dedicated and staffing of the Office, the Ombudsman, the departments as payroll administration.
Staffing of the management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang, Ha Tinh Province people's Committee Chairman do Ha Tinh Province decided under the provisions of the law on decentralization of administrative payroll management, career management and payroll for the business units of the State.
Article 4. Head of the Board of management of the Economic Zone of Vung Tau Ang process Chairman people's Committee Ha Tinh Province specified functions, tasks, powers and organisational structure of the Management Board of Vung Ang economic zone in accordance with the law.
Article 5. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the date The report.
This decision replaces decision No 160/2002/QD-TTg on November 15 2002 by the Prime Minister on the establishment of industrial zones management. Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the Ha Tinh Province people's Committee and Chairman of the Board of management of Vung Ang economic zone , Ha Tinh Province is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
