The DECISION of the MINISTER of the MINISTRY of CONSTRUCTION issued a regulation on administrative procedures and public attitudes style of civil servants in the evaluation, approval of construction detailed planning; providing information and building planning certificate _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ CONSTRUCTION MINISTER pursuant to Decree No. 36/2003/ND-CP dated 4/4/2003 of government functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of construction;
Pursuant to Decree 8/2005/ND-CP on January 24, 2005 by the Government on planned construction;
At the suggestion of the Director of the architecture planning construction;
Decision: article 1. Attached to this decision publicly available regulatory administrative procedures and attitudes style of civil servants in the evaluation, approval of construction detailed planning; providing information and building planning certificate.
Article 2. This decision has the effect after 15 days from the date The report.
Article 3. The people's committees of provinces and cities under central and individual organizations concerned is responsible for the implementation of this decision.
