Pursuant to the law on education 14/6/2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 92/2006/ND-CP on 7/9/2006 by the Government on the preparation, approval and management of the overall socio-economic development;

+ Highlands: there are three vocational colleges; 7 vocational;
+ South East Region: there are 18 vocational colleges; vocational 55;
+ Mekong Delta region: there are 11 vocational colleges; vocational secondary school 20.

4.5.
