The DECISION to approve "development planning network of vocational college, vocational school, vocational training center by 2010 and towards 2020" _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ MINISTER of LABOR, invalids and SOCIAL AFFAIRS labour code base on 23/6/1994; Law on amendments and supplements to some articles of the labor code on 02/4/2002;
Pursuant to the law on education 14/6/2005;

4.5.
