Article 1. This decree is issued with this decree.

CHAPTER I
COMMON RULES

CHAPTER II
MILITARY SERVICE REGISTRATION RULE

Section 5: REGISTRATION OF THE RESERVE TRANCHE

CHAPTER iii:
REGISTRATION FOR MILITARY SERVICE
