DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1-Vietnam border areas-Cam Cambodia includes the communes or equivalent administrative units of the Vietnam border adjacent to the borderline between national water planning in the Treaty the border country between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the people's Republic of Cambodia signed on 27 December 1985.
Article 2-in the Vietnam-Cambodia border area have a perimeter border; in the border belt have forbidden region.

Article 3-protection of national borders, preserve political security and social order and safety in the Vietnam-Cambodia border area is the obligation of every citizen, of the armed forces, agencies, agricultural forestry enterprise and social organizations operating in border areas under his leadership, the focus of the Council of Ministers and the direction taken by the Interior Ministry and the people's committees of the province border.

CHAPTER II residence, TRAVEL in the BORDER AREAS of Vietnam-CAMBODIA article 5-the following people are residing in the Vietnam-Cambodia border area: 1. Article 13-officers, soldiers of the people's army, police and Customs officers on duty and to work in the border areas are licensed under the provisions of the industry and inform the public security border and frontier in the know.
Article 14-the citizens residing in the border area in the border belt only needs certificates citizen border outside the border areas in the border belt is made according to the provisions in articles 10, 11 this regulation and must have a permit of the Commander of the border guard from Fort supply Minister.

CHAPTER IV FINAL PROVISIONS article 25-this Decree shall take effect as from the date of signing, the previous provisions contrary to this Decree are repealed.
Article 26-the Ministry of the Interior is responsible for guidance and examine the implementation of this Decree.
The province borders pursuant to this regulation and the directive, the circulars of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of the Interior directs DPCs, the border make.
