The DECREE passed Ordinance on veterinary medicine _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;

According to the recommendation of the Minister of agriculture and food industry;
 
DECREE: article 1-attached to this Decree: provisions on enforcement of the Ordinance on veterinary medicine;
Rules for animal disease prevention;
Quarantine rules, kill and slaughter control check veterinary hygiene of animals, animal products;
Veterinary management rules;
Provisions on sanctioning administrative violations in the work of veterinary medicine.
Article 2-Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee, the central cities is responsible for the implementation of this Decree.
Article 3-this Decree shall take effect as from the date of signing. The previous regulations in this Decree abolished the left./.
 
PROVISIONS on ENFORCEMENT of the ORDINANCE on veterinary medicine (attached to Decree No. 93-CP dated 27-11-1993 of the Government).
 
GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1.-the scope of application of the Ordinance of animal health include: 1. Animals, animal products as defined in article 2, the Ordinance on veterinary medicine;
2. organizations and individuals who have active breeding, slaughter, processing, preservation, circulation, consumption of animals, animal products;
3. organizations and individuals who have drug-related activities and materials do veterinary or veterinary practice;
4. Raw materials, products for livestock, water used for livestock or animal products processing;
5. Farm livestock, grazing, Zoo, aquatic breeding water;
6. Workshop equipment, tools, vehicles used for breeding, slaughter, processing, packaging, storage, consumption, circulation, transport of animals, animal products;
7. waste substances in breeding, slaughtering and processing of animal products, industrial waste, waste activities related to animal breeding environment, fisheries;
8. environmental hygiene related husbandry. Article 2.-The following terms are understood as follows: 1. the outbreak is where one or more animals sick, dying of infectious diseases;

DD) using animals, imported animal products not properly specified in the certificate of animal health;
e) slaughter, buying and selling animals, animal products infected foot and mouth, the evening Heat.
