GOVERNMENT DECREE On the Organization and activities of the Agency, businesses _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ the GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;
According to the recommendation of the Minister of public security, the DECREE: chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1. This Decree regulates the operation and organization of the force protection applicable to agencies, State enterprises and institutions, the economic unit formed under the enterprise law, the law on cooperatives and the law on foreign investment in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as the agencies, enterprises).
The targets in the list specified by the State military forces and the police to protect people not in scope of this Decree.
Article 2. In this Decree, the terms below are interpreted as follows: protective services is the sum of the measures of professional equipment for force protection to ensure the security, safety and order property for the agency business. Protective services include the following: a) administrative measures;
b) mass measures;
c) patrol, guarding measures.

Chapter II tasks, powers, ORGANISATION and POLICY REGIMES of PROTECTION agencies, STATE ENTERPRISES article 6. Force protection agency, State enterprise has the following duties: 1. 3. Core in the mass movement to protect homeland security in Agency, business, corporate, agency building. 4. Implementation of the regulations on fire prevention, fire, preserve public order and the management of weapons, explosives, inflammable substances, toxic substances (if available). Chapter III OPERATION MODE and the POLICY of FORCE PROTECTION in the Organization, the ECONOMIC UNIT FORMED UNDER the ENTERPRISE LAW, law PARTNERSHIP XÃVÀ FOREIGN INVESTMENT LAW in VIETNAM article 10. Chapter IV REWARDED and HANDLE BREACH article 13. Chapter V ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS article 15. This Decree replaces Decree No. 223, dated 19 June 1990 by the Council of Ministers (Government) of the work of the Organization and protect organs, State enterprises, and have effect after 15 days from the date of signing.
Article 16. The Minister of public security is responsible for the instructions detailing the implementation of this Decree.
Article 17. The Ministers, heads of ministerial agencies, heads of government agencies, the Chairman of people's Committee of the central cities, is responsible for the implementation of this Decree.
