Decree on the adjustment of administrative boundary district Mường Tè district to Muong Lay district of Mường Nhé district Turkish Style and splits to form the District of Tam Road, Lai Chau province GOVERNMENT pursuant to the law on Government Organization, 30 September 1992;

Consider the proposal of the Chairman of Lai Chau province people's Committee and the Minister, head of the Organization-Government officials, Decree: article 1. Adjust administrative boundaries the District of Muong, Muong Lay district to form the District of Mường Nhé district Turkish Style and splits to form the District of Tam Road as follows: 1. the establishment of the district on the basis of 170,286 Mường Nhé ha natural area and 12,153 demographics of Mường Tè district; 80,504 ha natural area and the district's demographics 13,364 Muong Lay.

Mường Nhé District have 250,790 ha natural area and 25,517 demographics, including 6 administrative unit is the town: General, Sin Chai Brushed, Mường Nhé, Mường Toong, rub the Cang and Na Hỳ.

Mường Nhé district administrative boundaries: East borders the District of Muong; The western borders of the Democratic Republic of Laos; The southern borders of the Democratic Republic of Laos and the Muong Lay district; North by the people's Republic of China and the Mường Tè district.

After the adjustment of administrative boundary to form the District of Mường Nhé:-District of Muong left 333,995 ha natural area and demographic 31,473, including 14 administrative unit is the Bum Bum, Neua communes: Muong Definition, scale models, Muong, Blind, Ka Lang, Lũm, Nam Khao, Collectors Can Lake, Hua Bum, Ties Of , Pa, Pa Wai and the town of Muong.

-District of Muong Lay rest 242,523.5 ha natural area and demographic 52,290, including 14 administrative units are the communes: Muong, Thereto, Lay a blanket Ban, the goods Thereto, Pú Knife, Ham, Hừa, Lèng, Huổi, Mươn, Mường Chà General Amnesty Thereto, rub the Si Definition, Pa and Fin Muong Lay.

Article 2. The Decree has effect after 15 days from the date of signing. All previous provisions contrary to this Decree are repealed.
