LAW on amendments and supplements to some articles of the Criminal Code pursuant to article 84 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;
This law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the criminal code was the National Assembly of Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed on 27 June 1985, as supplemented and amended on September 28, 1989, on August 12, 1991 and December 22, 1992, article 1.
Amendments and supplements to some articles of The criminal law on the crime of corruption as follows: 1. Article 133 of embezzlement of Socialist property is modified and supplemented as follows: "article 133. 2. Supplement Article 134a "crime of abusing the Office, fraudulent appropriation powers of Socialist property '' as follows:" Điều134a. 3. Supplement Article 137a "crime of abusing the Office, unauthorized use of the powers of the Socialist property '' as follows:" article 137a. 5. Article 175 on charges of unauthorized funds was amended and supplemented as follows: "Article 175. 9. Article 226 on charges of receiving bribes is modified and supplemented as follows: "article 226. c) dangerous for many people;
