The LAW on CULTURAL HERITAGE cultural heritage of Vietnam's precious asset of the community of the peoples of Vietnam and is part of the cultural heritage of humanity, has a great role in building and keeping the country's people.
To protect and promote the value of cultural heritage, to meet the needs of the increasing culture of the people, contributing to building and developing advanced Vietnam culture, strong ethnic identity and contribute to the treasure of the world cultural heritage;
To enhance the effect of State management, enhance people's responsibility in taking the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value;
Pursuant to the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992;
This law and regulations on cultural heritage.
 Chapter I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 cultural heritage stipulated in this law include the cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage objects, is the brainchild of valuable material, history, culture, science, are handed down from generation through generation in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 2 of this Law and regulations on the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value; determine the rights and obligations of the Organization, individuals for cultural heritage in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Article 3 of this Law apply to organizations, individuals, organizations, Vietnam foreign individuals and Vietnam who settled abroad are active in Vietnam; in the case of international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed or otherwise shall apply the provisions of international treaties.
Article 4 Of this law, the terms below are interpreted as follows: 1. intangible cultural heritage is the product of valuable spiritual history, culture, science, are kept by memory, the written word, was handed down by oral tradition, transmitted, performed, and preserved forms, other transfers , including the voice, writing, literature, art, science, literature, the oral tradition of folk vocal performance, lifestyle, lifestyle, festivals, recipes of traditional craftsmanship, knowledge about medicine, traditional medicine, culinary culture, about the traditional ethnic and folk knowledge.
2. physical cultural heritage is the product of valuable historical material, cultural, science, including cultural-historic, landscape, artifacts, antiques, national treasures.
3. Historical-culture is the construction, location and artifacts, antiques, national treasures in the process, it has historical value, culture, science.
4. Landscape is the natural landscape or have a combination of natural landscape with valuable architectural aesthetic, scientific history.
5. the artifact is to be handed back the artifacts, valuable history, culture and science.
6. Antiques is artifacts are handed back, the typical value of the history, culture, science, from a hundred years of age or older.
7. national treasures exhibit to be handed back, particularly valuable and rare typical of the country about the history, culture and science.
8. Copy artifacts, antiques, country treasures is the product made like the original shape, dimensions, materials, colours, decoration and other traits.
9. Collection is a collection of artifacts, antiques, treasures or national intangible cultural heritage, collected, maintained, arranged systematically according to the General signs the form, content and material to meet the needs of the natural history and society.
10. Exploration, archaeological excavation is scientific activity in order to detect, collect, study materials, national treasures, artifacts and archaeological sites.
11. The preservation of historical-cultural, landscape, artifacts, antiques, country treasures is the activity in order to prevent and limit the risk of damaging without altering the original elements of historical-cultural, landscape, relic antiques, national treasures.
12. Restoration of historical-cultural attractions is the activity aimed at remodeling, reinforced, embellished of historical-cultural attractions.
13. Restoration of historical-cultural attractions, activity is aimed to review the Renaissance historical-cultural attractions, was ruined on the basis of the scientific data about the historical-cultural attractions.
Article 5 the State cultural heritage administration owned the whole people; recognition and protection of the form of collective ownership, joint ownership of community, private property and other proprietary forms of cultural heritage under the provisions of the law.
Ownership, copyright and for cultural heritage is determined according to the provisions of this law, the civil code and the provisions of relevant laws.
Article 6 All the cultural heritage in the ground in the Mainland, Islands, in the internal waters, territorial sea, exclusive economic zone and the continental shelf of the Socialist Republic Vietnam are owned by the whole people.
Article 7 cultural heritage discovered that unknown owner, obtained during exploration, archaeological excavations are owned by the whole people.
Article 8 1. All the cultural heritage on the territory of Vietnam, originating in the country or from abroad, in the form of ownership, are protected and promoted.
2. the cultural heritage of Vietnam abroad are protected according to international practices and in accordance with the international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed or joined.
Article 9 1. The State has a policy of protecting and promoting the value of cultural heritage to improve the spiritual life of the people, contributing to the socio-economic development of the country; encourage organizations and individuals in local and foreign contributions, funding for the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value.
2. the State protects the lawful rights and interests of the owners of the cultural heritage. Cultural heritage owners have the responsibility to protect and promote the cultural heritage value.
3. State investment for the training, staff training, research, science and technology application in the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value.
Article 10 State agencies, political organizations, social-political organizations, social organizations, social-professional organization, economic organization, the people's armed units (hereafter referred to as the Organization) and individuals have a responsibility to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage.
Article 11 the Agency culture, mass communication is responsible for propagating, widely popular in the country and abroad the values of cultural heritage of Vietnam ethnic communities, contributing to enhance the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage values in people.
Article 12 cultural heritage of Vietnam used aims to: 1. Promote the value of cultural heritage for the benefit of society as a whole;
2. Promote the fine traditions of Vietnam ethnic communities;
3. Contribute to the creation of new cultural values, do the rich treasure of cultural heritage of Vietnam and to expand international cultural exchange.
Article 13 prohibits the following acts: 1. Appropriating, falsifying the cultural heritage;
2. Damage or cause risk to ruin the cultural heritage;
3. unauthorized digging archaeological; unauthorized construction; land encroachment in the historical-cultural attractions;
4. Purchase, sale, Exchange and transport of illegal artifacts, antiques, treasures of historic-cultural attractions; unauthorised relics taken, antiques, treasures to foreign countries.
5. Take advantage of the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage values to perform these acts against the law.
CHAPTER II RIGHTS and OBLIGATIONS of the ORGANIZATION, INDIVIDUALS for CULTURAL HERITAGE article 14 organizations, individuals have the following rights and obligations:

1. legal ownership of cultural heritage;
2. Sightseeing, cultural heritage research;
3. Respect, protect and promote the value of cultural heritage;
4. timely notice places discovered artifacts, relics, national treasures, historical-cultural attractions; deliver artifacts, antiques, treasures his country found to competent State agencies where the closest;
5. Prevent or suggest State agencies have the authority to prevent the timely processing, the destructive behavior, appropriation, unauthorized use of cultural heritage.
Article 15 the Organization, the individual is the owner of the heritage has the following rights and duties: 1. Implementation of the provisions of article 14 of this law;
2. Implementing measures to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage; timely notifications to the competent State authorities in cases of cultural heritage at risk of falsified value, be ruined, loss;
3. submit a collection of intangible cultural heritage, artifacts, antiques, national treasures on the Museum of the State or the competent State authorities in cases not eligible and capable of defending and promoting the value;
4. Create favourable conditions for the organization or individual sightseeing, tourism, cultural heritage research;
5. Implementation of the other rights and obligations under the provisions of the law.
Article 16 the Organization, direct management of individual cultural heritage have the following rights and duties: 1. Protect, preserve cultural heritage;
2. the implementation of preventive measures, prevent invasive acts timely cultural heritage;
3. timely notice to the owner or the authorized State agencies where the closest when cultural heritage were lost or are at risk of ruin;
4. Create favourable conditions for the organization or individual sightseeing, tourism, cultural heritage research;
5. Implementation of the other rights and obligations under the provisions of the law.
CHAPTER III SAFEGUARD and PROMOTE the VALUE of INTANGIBLE CULTURAL HERITAGE article 17 the State encourages and facilitates the Organization, individuals conducting research activities, collections, preservation, taught and introduced non-object cultural heritage in order to preserve, promote the cultural identity of peoples and enriched the treasure of cultural heritage of the community of Free peoples South.
Article 18 provincial people's Committee Chairman, central cities (hereafter referred to as the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee) steer the organization established the scientific profile non-object cultural heritage locally to protect and promote the values.
The Minister of culture and information procedures established the scientific profile of the intangible cultural heritage.
Article 19 the prime consideration of the decisions recommended the Organization of education, science and culture of the United Nations (UNESCO) recognized intangible cultural heritage of Vietnam is the world's cultural heritage, according to the recommendation of the Minister of culture and information.

Article 20 the competent State agencies must adopt the necessary measures to protect intangible cultural heritage, to prevent the risk of falsified, disappeared or lost.
Article 21 the State policy and create conditions to protect and develop the voice, the written word of the peoples in Vietnam. Every organization or individual has a responsibility to preserve the clarity of the Vietnamese.
Article 22 State and social protection, promote the customs in lifestyle, lifestyle of the nation; except Xu continue to be harmful to the cultural life of the people.
Article 23 the State policies that encourage the collection, compilation, translation, statistics, classification and storage of literature, art, science, literature, the oral tradition of folk chorus performance of Vietnam ethnic communities to save domestic communications and cultural exchange with foreign countries.

Article 27 The Vietnam settled abroad, foreign individuals, institutions are conducting research, collecting non-object cultural heritage in Vietnam after the consent in writing of the authorized State agencies.
CHAPTER IV SAFEGUARD and PROMOTE the VALUE of CULTURAL HERITAGE OBJECTS category 1 HISTORIC-cultural ATTRACTIONS, Article 28 1. Historical-culture must have one of the following criteria: a) construction, location tied to historical events in the process of building and water retention;
b) buildings, places associated with the life and career of the hero, the notability of the country;
c) construction, location tied to historical events of the revolutionary period, resistance;
d) typical value location of archaeology;
DD) populations of the architectural works or single structures typical value about architecture, art of one or more of the historical period.
2. Landscape must have one of the following criteria: a) natural scenery or location has the combination of natural landscapes with architectural works have typical aesthetic value;
b) valuable nature areas of science in geology, geomorphology, geography, biodiversity, unique ecosystems or natural areas contain material vestiges of the stage of development of the Earth.
Article 29 based on the value of history, culture, science, historical-cultural, scenic (hereafter called relics) are divided into: 1. provincial relics is a valuable monument of local typical;
2. national monuments is a valuable monument of the country;
3. a special national monument is particularly valuable monuments typical of the country.
Article 30 1. The Authority decided to rank the monuments are specified as follows: a) the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee decision of provincial rank;
b) Minister of culture and information decision rated national monument;
c) Prime Minister's decision to rank the special national monument; the decision to recommend the Organization of education, science and culture of the United Nations to consider bringing the relics of Vietnam into the World Heritage list.
2. In the case of the ruins has been rated that then have enough bases to define is unqualified or ruined with no possibility of recovery, the Authority decided to rank the ruins would have the power of decision to cancel rated for that monument.
Article 31 the procedure of ranking shall be as follows: 1. The President of the provincial people's Committee established the profile of the Minister of culture and information decision rated national monument;
2. The Minister of culture and information, establish a profile of the Prime Minister decided to rank the special national monument; establishment of the Vietnam's Prime Minister to decide whether to recommend the Organization of education, science and culture of the United Nations to consider putting on the World Heritage list.
Record the Prime Minister must have the written evaluation comments of the Board of the national cultural heritage.
 Article 32 1. The relics protection area including:

a) protected areas I include monuments and the region are identified as original elements constitute the monument, to be defending the status quo;
b) protection zone II is surrounded by protected areas region I of the relics, can build what works for promotion of values but do not affect the natural landscape, architecture and the environment-ecology of the monuments.
In the absence of identified protected areas II, then the determination of only the protected areas of I with respect to provincial relics by the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee decided, with regard to national monuments by the Minister of culture and information, with respect to a special national monument by the Prime Minister to decide.
2. The construction works in the area of protection II specified in point b of paragraph 1 of this article with respect to national monuments and a special national monument must have the written consent of the Minister of culture and information, with respect to provincial relics must be agreed in writing by the Chairman of the provincial people's Committee.
3. The protected areas defined in paragraph 1 of this article are identified on the map, accompanied by a zoned protected and must be the authorized State Agency confirmed in ruins.
Article 33 1. The Organization, the individual is owner or assigned management, use of relics is responsible for protection of monuments; in case of detection of being stupid, destructive or risk ruin must promptly take measures to prevent and inform the governing body supervisor local people's Committee, or the competent State Agency on culture and information, the nearest place.
2. the local people's Committee or the competent State agencies of culture – information when receiving the notice about the ruins be ruined or risk ruin must promptly apply measures to prevent, protect and to immediately report to the superior agency directly.
3. The Ministry of culture-information when receiving the notice about the ruins be ruined or risk ruin must timely direction and guidance to State agencies in local authorities, owners of adopted measures to prevent, protect; with regard to special national monument must report to the Prime Minister.
Article 34 the preservation, renovation and restoration of the monuments must be built into the project to the competent State agencies for approval and to ensure maximum preserved the original elements of the ruins.
The Minister of culture and information issued a regulation on the conservation, restoration and restoration of monuments.
Article 35 the authority approving the project preservation, renovation and restoration of the monuments are made according to this law and the regulations of the law on construction. Article 36 1. When approving the project restoration, construction works outside the protected areas of the provisions of article 32 of this law, which it deems likely to adversely affect the natural landscape and eco-environment of monuments must have due diligence opinions written by the competent State agencies of culture-information.
2. In case the investor renovation project, construction works specified in clause 1 of this proposal, the competent State Agency on culture and information, is responsible for providing relevant documents and the specific requirements on the protection of monuments to the owner the choice of appropriate solutions to ensure the protection and promotion of the value monuments.
Article 37 1. Investor renovation project, where construction has affected the relic is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the competent State Agency on culture and information, process monitoring, building improvement works.
2. In the process of renovating the building, which is seen likely to have relics or artifacts, relics, national treasures, the project owner must suspend execution and timely notification to the competent State agencies of culture-information.
Upon receipt of the notification, the competent State agencies of culture – information must take measures promptly to ensure the progress of construction. 3. In case of need organized exploration, archaeological excavations, the cost of the exploration, excavation due to government regulations.
Article 38 the probe, archaeological excavations were conducted only after the permission of the Minister of culture and information.
In the case of archaeological sites are ruined or are at risk of ruin, the Minister of culture and information emergency excavation license.
Article 39 1. The Organization has the function of archaeological research want to conduct exploration, archaeological excavations must send allows exploration, archaeological excavations to the Ministry of culture and information.
2. The Minister of culture and information have a responsibility to permit exploration, archaeological excavations within 30 days from receipt of application for permission to probe, archaeological excavations; cases not permit must clearly state the reason in writing.
3. The Minister of culture and information issued regulations on exploration, archaeological excavations.
Article 40 1. The person presiding over the polls, archaeological excavations must have the following conditions: a) Bachelor specialization in archeology or other professional degree relevant to archaeology;
b) Has for at least 5 years doing archaeological work directly;
c) are held for permission to probe, archaeological excavations suggest writing to the Ministry of culture and information.
In case you need to change the person presiding must be agreed in writing by the Minister of culture and information.
2. Organization of the archaeological research functions of Vietnam was cooperating with foreign organizations of conducting exploration, archaeological excavations in Vietnam under the provisions of the law.
Section 2 RELICS, ARTIFACTS of NATIONAL TREASURES, Article 41 1. The Provincial Museum is responsible for receiving, managing and reporting of Ministry of culture-information.

The State encourages organizations and individuals to register artifacts, antiques owned by themselves with the competent State agencies of culture-information. Artifacts, relics, registered national treasures are free evaluation State, professional guide and create conditions to promote value.

3. When changing the owner of national treasures in the country, the former owner must notify the competent State Agency on culture-where to register their national treasures, the name and address of the new owner of national treasures that within 15 days from the date of change of owner.
Article 43

1. Artifacts, antiques, country treasures owned by the whole people, the property of the political organization, social-political organizations must be managed in the Museum and may not be traded, donated to; relics, artifacts in the form of other property was bought on sale, Exchange, donation and to inherit in the country and abroad in accordance with the law; national treasures in other ownership forms are only for the sale, Exchange, donation and to inherit in the country according to the provisions of the law.
Bringing artifacts, antiques abroad must have a permit of the competent State agencies of culture-information.
2. The sale of relics, antiques, national treasures are made according to the agreed price or auction. The State is preferred to buy artifacts, relics, national treasures.
Article 44 putting relics, antiques, country treasures abroad to display, exhibition, research or conservation must ensure the following conditions: 1. The insurance from the receiving artifacts, antiques, national treasures;
2. The Prime Minister's decision to allow bringing national treasures; the decision of the Minister of culture and information that allows putting relics, antiquities abroad.
Article 45 the competent State agencies must report the Ministry of culture-information on relics, antiques, country treasures confiscated by search, buy and sell, transport, export, import of illegally to the Minister of culture and information to decide the allocation of artifacts, antiques, treasures that country offices have the appropriate functionality.
Article 46 The replication of artifacts, relics, national treasures must ensure the following conditions: 1. Have a clear purpose;

4. The consent of the owner of the artifacts, relics, national treasures;
5. Permission of competent State agencies of culture-information.
Item 3 Article 47 MUSEUM the Museum is where preserving and showcasing the collection of natural history and society (hereinafter the collection) to serve the needs of research, education, and enjoyment of culture of the people.
Vietnam Museum include: 1. The National Museum is where preserving and showcasing the collection's worth in nationwide;
2. the specialized museum is where preserving and showcasing the collection's worth on a specialization;
3. Provincial Museum is where preserving and showcasing the collection of typical value locally.
4. Private Museum is where preserving and exhibiting the collection on one or more topics, article 48 the Museum has the following powers and duties: 1. Collect, inventory, preserve and exhibit the collection;
2. scientific research on cultural heritage;
3. organizations to promote the value of cultural heritage to serve the interests of society as a whole;
4. Build staff expertise, career service;
5. management of infrastructure and technical equipment;
6. implementation of international cooperation under the provisions of the law;
7. Implementation of other powers and duties prescribed by the law.
Article 49 conditions to establish the museum include: 1. Has a collection as one or more of the topic;
2. Where on display, storage and preservation;
3. Have the professionals who understand the fit Museum activities;
Article 50 1. The Authority decided to establish the Museum is defined as follows: a) the Prime Minister decided to establish the National Museum, the Museum of specialization;
b) Chairman provincial people's Committee decided to set up Provincial Museum, a private museum.
2. procedure for establishment of the museum shall be as follows: a) individual organizations have established the Museum needs to send proposed to the competent person specified in clause 1 of this article. Profile proposed the creation of the museum include the text proposed the creation, verification of authorized State agencies on the conditions specified in article 49 of this law;
b) within a period of 30 days from the date of record, who have the authority to decide to establish the Museum has a responsibility to review the decision; the case refused to clearly state the reason in writing.
Article 51 1. The ranking of the Museum based on the following criteria: a) the number and value of the collection;
b) preservation quality and collection;
c) infrastructure and technical equipment;
d) standardized levels of professional staff, professional.
2. Based on the level of achieving the standards prescribed in paragraph 1 of this article, the specific government regulations about the ranking of the Museum.
Article 52 has cultural heritage in traditional houses, souvenir buildings must be protected and promoted the value under the provisions of this law.
Article 53 the State encourage the owner held showcasing extensive collection, introduction, artifacts, antiques, treasures in his own country.
When necessary, the competent State agencies of culture – information that can deal with the owner about the use of relics, antiques, treasures for national research work or on display at the State Museum.
Conditions, content and duration of use artifacts, antiques, national treasures by the competent State authority and owner of the written agreement.
Chapter V the STATE ADMINISTRATION of CULTURAL HERITAGE section 1 CONTENT MANAGEMENT of the STATE and the STATE ADMINISTRATION of CULTURAL HERITAGE Article 54 content governance of cultural heritage including: 1. building and directing the implementation of the strategy, planning, plan, career development policies to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage;
2. Enactment and implementation of the legal text of the cultural heritage;
3. Organizing, directing its activities to protect and promote the cultural heritage value; advocacy, education, common law on cultural heritage;
4. Organization, active management of scientific research; training, fostering professional staff on cultural heritage;
5. The mobilization, management and use of resources to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage;
6. Organizing and directing awards in defending and promoting the value of cultural heritage;
7. Organization and management of the international cooperation on the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value;
8. Inspect, examine the observance of the law, resolve complaints, accusations and handle breach of the law on cultural heritage.
Article 55 1. The unified Government to manage the State of the cultural heritage.
2. The Ministry of culture and information, the Government is responsible to make the governance of cultural heritage.
3. The ministries, ministerial agencies, government agencies are responsible for the governance of cultural heritage according to assigned by the Government.
The Government specifies the responsibilities of ministries, ministerial agencies, government agencies in coordination with the Ministry of culture and information to implement unified state management of cultural heritage.
4. The people's committees of all levels within the mission and their powers do state management of the local cultural heritage under the decentralization of Government.
Article 56 the Council of national cultural heritage is the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on cultural heritage.

Section 2 RESOURCES for the PROTECTION and PROMOTION of the CULTURAL HERITAGE VALUE to article 57 of the State to encourage and facilitate the Assembly on literature and the arts, science and technology participate in activities to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage.
The State encourage the socialization of activities to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage.
Article 58 of the Financial Resources for the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage values including: 1. The State budget;
2. Revenues from operations using and promoting the value of cultural heritage;
3. Grants and contributions of individual organizations within the country and abroad.
Article 59

The State budget investment priorities for the protection and promotion of the value of national monuments, the National Museum, national treasures, historical and revolutionary non-object cultural heritage value.
Article 60 the Organization, the individual is owner or assigned management, use of relics, collection, the Museum is charging interest and fees of using monuments, museum collections, according to the provisions of the law.
Article 61 1. The State encourages organizations and individuals to contribute, in funding for the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value.
2. The contributions, funding for activities to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage be considered documented by the appropriate form.
Article 62 of the Financial Resources devoted to defending and promoting the value of cultural heritage must be managed, properly used and purposes effectively.
Section 3 INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION on CULTURAL HERITAGE Article 63 State policies and measures to boost cooperation with countries, organizations, foreign individuals in the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage values based on respect for the independence, national sovereignty, equality and mutual benefit in accordance with the provisions of the law of Vietnam and the international treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam signed or participated; contribute to promoting the value of cultural heritage to the world, strengthening the ties of friendship and mutual understanding between peoples.
Article 64 the State encourage people to Vietnam settled abroad and foreign individuals, organizations engaged in activities to protect and promote the value of cultural heritage of Vietnam under the provisions of the law.
Article 65 the contents of international cooperation on cultural heritage including: 1. The construction and implementation of the program, a project of international cooperation on the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value;
2. Join the Organization and international treaties on the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value;
3. scientific research, applied science and technology transfer in the field of preservation, restoration of monuments, construction of the Museum, archaeological excavations;
4. Exchange of exhibits on the cultural heritage;
5. Cooperation in the protection of the cultural heritage of Vietnam abroad;
6. training, fostering the exchange of information and experiences in the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value.
Item 4 INSPECTION and COMPLAINTS, accusations of CULTURAL HERITAGE Article 66 State inspections on culture and information, made the inspection function specialization of cultural heritage, has the duty to: 1. Inspect the observance of the law on cultural heritage;
2. Inspection of the implementation of the master plan, plan on the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage value;
3. Detection, deter and handle jurisdiction for violations of the law on cultural heritage;
4. Receiving and settling petitions complaints, accusations of cultural heritage;
5. Propose measures to ensure enforcement of the law on cultural heritage.
Article 67 the Inspector object has the following rights and duties: 1. Require inspection delegation to present the inspection decision, inspectors inspectors present and correct implementation law on the Ombudsman;
2. Complaints, accusations, claims with the competent State authorities of the decision to the Inspector, the behavior of inspectors and inspection conclusions when seeing for the base is not lawful;
3. Claims for damage caused by improper handling measures of the law of the inspector or inspectors Union cause;
4. Making the request of the Inspector, the Inspector, the Inspector to perform the task; the Executive decided to handle the Inspector Corps of inspectors under the provisions of the law.
Article 68 1. The Organization, individuals have the right to complain, to sue for administrative decisions, administrative acts of agencies, organizations, individuals with authority in the enforcement of the law on cultural heritage.
2. The individual has the right to denounce the violations of the law on cultural heritage with agencies, organizations, individuals with authority.

Chapter VI REWARDS and TREATS breach of article 69 organizations, individual achievements in the protection and promotion of the cultural heritage values be rewarded according to the provisions of the law.
Article 70 people would discover the cultural heritage without voluntary declarations, deliberately taken or acts damaging, destroying, then depending on the nature and extent of the violation that sanctioned administratively or prejudice criminal liability; If the damage is compensated according to the provisions of the law; that cultural heritage be recovered State.
Article 71 the person who violates the provisions of the law on cultural heritage, then depending on the nature and extent of the violation that sanctioned administratively or prejudice criminal liability; If the damage is compensated according to the provisions of the law.
Article 72 Who would take advantage of the Office, the powers in violation of the provisions of the law on cultural heritage, then depending on the nature and extent of the violation being disciplined or prejudice criminal liability; If the damage is compensated according to the provisions of the law.
CHAPTER VII ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS Article 73 of this Law in force from January 1, 2002.
The previous provisions contrary to this law are abrogated.
Article 74 the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of this law.
