Article 35. 6. In coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the people's Union in the exercise of his powers, duties on defense; create conditions for organizations that perform effectively in local defense duties.
7. The President of the people's Committee of the levels is responsible for the implementation of the duties and powers of Defense of his level, urge, checking people's Committee levels under the national defense missions as defined by local law.
Article 49. The responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Member organizations of Defense of Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Member organizations in the scope of the task, their powers are responsible for the propaganda, the people make laws on defense; monitoring of the implementation of the law on defense of the Agency, organization, individual.
